Meet Dan Neira, CEO & Founder of Burn Media Group, a Video Marketing Agency situated in sunny Southern California. Dan’s journey began as a young enthusiast of the film industry, setting him on a path of professional success.

After graduating from Loma Linda University in 1979 Dan embarked on his career as an Associate Producer/Director for the renowned Univision Television Network. His dedication and talent led him to be offered an opportunity to direct television shows for an international production company, The Media Center in Thousand Oaks, California, where he spent four years traveling extensively across the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East. During this time, he focused on creating meaningful content in the areas of health, family, and education.

In 1987, Dan established his first venture, Total Media Productions, a full-service Production Company. Over the years, he wrote, produced, and directed numerous television commercials for esteemed clients, including Verizon Wireless, McDonald’s, Subway, and Red Bull Beverages. In 1997, he expanded his horizons with the creation of Axiom Entertainment, a feature film production and distribution company. Through Axiom Entertainment, Dan directed and produced several successful full-length feature films and built an extensive film library, showcasing his dedication to the industry.

Building on his expertise, Dan then founded Cineira Entertainment, then a Production Company specializing in television commercial productions and now geared toward the production of feature films and television. 

In 2007, embracing the digital revolution, Dan established Burn Media Group, at the time specializing in Video Marketing and SEO. Now fully dedicated to helping businesses leverage the power of YouTube Channels and YouTube Ads. Through Burn Media Group, Dan and his team provide a range of video marketing services, helping clients thrive in the digital landscape.

Dan’s passion extends beyond the business realm. He is a talented screenplay writer, a public speaker, and maintains a strong commitment to personal growth.

Meet Joshua Neira, Associate Producer/Director at Burn Media Group, LLC | Junior at UCLA | Young Media Professional. Joshua continues to make significant contributions to the digital marketing and video production realms while balancing a rigorous academic schedule as a Junior at UCLA. Pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics, Joshua maintains an impressive 3.74 GPA and has completed coursework in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Managerial and Financial Accounting. His academic background enriches his role, where he has demonstrated a unique blend of creativity, leadership, and technical skill.

Since joining Burn Media Group in June 2023, Joshua has coordinated and directed over 24 client-focused videos, directly aiding clients’ online growth and establishing a strong brand presence. His hands-on experience spans every aspect of video production, from conceptualization to execution, including collaboration with clients across various industries. Joshua’s adeptness at creating compelling, targeted content has proven invaluable to Burn Media’s clients, particularly within the restaurant and hospitality sectors.

Joshua’s experience also includes a role as Assistant Lighting Director with UCLA’s Hooligan Theater, where he gained proficiency in stage lighting and collaborated with directors to synchronize lighting with choreography. Additionally, he is the Founder of Arf Ventures, where his YouTube content creation has reached over 300,000 views across multiple platforms, with his original content demonstrating his scriptwriting, editing, and video design expertise.

Beyond his professional and academic pursuits, Joshua is deeply committed to community engagement. As a Liturgical Minister at the University California Catholic Center, he leads Bible study groups and volunteers to support his community. He has also planned and led numerous faith-based retreats for high school students, fostering a welcoming and inspiring environment for young participants.

Joshua is bilingual in English and Spanish and possesses a diverse technical skill set, including proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and basic C++. With a passion for storytelling, content creation, and a forward-looking approach to media production, Joshua Neira is a driven young professional poised to make a lasting impact in the digital media industry.
